A mini-marathon was held in Tsinghua University on December 1, bringing together more than 3,000 students, faculty, staff and alumni.

The 4.9-kilometer course started and ended on the west side of Tsinghua¡¯s Zijing Sports Field, passing several iconic campus landmarks along the way.


After an intense competition, Zheng Tie, a graduate student from the School of Environment, claimed the men¡¯s championship with a time of 14 minutes and 51 seconds, while the women¡¯s title went to Yuan Yujing, an undergraduate from the School of Economics and Management, who finished in 17 minutes and 57 seconds.
Now in its seventh edition, Tsinghua¡¯s winter mini-marathon has significantly contributed to the development of the University¡¯s campus sports culture.
